Tamarindo Beach & Ocean Estates was designed to create a pedestrian friendly & active community. Our masterplan includes the follow:

• Hotel & Clubhouse with 16 suites, restaurant, infinity pool, spa & weight room, lounging area, poolside bar, business center, housekeeping, gift shop, medical office, parking, rental center and administration.
• Ocean boardwalk with palm trees, grass, paved walkway, retaining wall & steps down to the beach.  The paved walkway will continue throughout the project.  The paved walkways will be suitable for bikes, roller blades, wheelchairs, and strollers.
• Six landscaped walkways will lead down to the beach.  The walkways will have a shower at the end and a rancho on the beach(for hanging your towel or sitting in a hammock).
• The "Red Snapper" Fishing lodge on the estuary with an attached marina will house charter fishing clients.
• Villas/townhouses in this area will have the projects second pool.  The villas will be located an equal distance from the estuary/marina, as to the ocean. The units will be 3 storeys to take advantage of the incredible vistas.  
• There will be shuttle stations for day trips to Leon, Managua, etc. 
• The nature reserve area is incorporated into the landscape plan and a raised walkway through the mangrove will be included.  A floating rancho on the estuary is also approved. 

  Phase two will include the town centre (market, shopping, restaurants, etc), restaurant on the estuary, tennis courts, medical facility, more parkland, villas, ranchette lots, and much more.
