Throughout Tamarindo Beach & Ocean Estates, several community buildings providing common access will exist. These include the marina and marine building, entrance gate and clubhouse.

Entrance Gate

This image is the proposed entrance gate to Tamarindo Beach & Ocean Estates. The center building houses space for security personel.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse & hotel complex is currently being designed by Mr. Jose Mantica of Managua, Nicaragua. His talented team of architects & engineers are working on the layout of the three floor, sixteen room beachside hotel. The foyer of the hotel complex will be a three storey rancho (palapa) with the reception on the main floor, viewing area on the second and a dining restaurant on the top floor... the view from our third floor restaurant will be spectacular! 

The views from the sixteen luxurious hotel rooms of the Pacific Ocean, the estuary with Momotombo Volcano in the distance and the ocean sunset really show off our incredible location.

The large infinity pool on the ocean will also be something special. It will feature a sitting area by the sunken poolside bar, two islands with palm trees, and a shallow lounging area.  The main restaurant will be on the main floor with an open terraza and an enclosed air conditioned area.
