Yes, there is an HOA and the fees are $1000 a year starting January 2007. These fees include payment to onsite manager, road maintenance, insurance, security, clubhouse access, landscaping  and legal representation. Also, there may be special assessments at a later date if there is a pressing need to meet these commitments.
