At Tamarindo Beach, we are well underway with the planning and implementation of services. The high voltage electrical service installation is moving along smoothly with the construction started in June 2010. As of Spring 2011, we are almost complete phase 1 which is 25,000 volts giving basic electrical service to the area. Phase 2 electrical pushes the concrete pole construction and wires further down the island road. The basic water system in place is under review for improvements as well.

Leon state highways have seen dramatic improvements in the years between 2008 and 2011. Newly paved roads are all over our immediate area.
