 After several months of evaluating local architects and designers, Nica Projects is pleased to announce that we have selected Mr.
Jose Mantica of Mantica Architectos (
Managua ) as our lead architect.
Mr Mantica has considerable experience designing residences in
Mexico and has recently returned to his native
Nicaragua to continue his professional practice. We are very happy with the layouts and look forward to releasing his designs in the coming months.
