Since June 2010, we have been steadily working on the Tamarindo Site.

Running electricity over 5.8km (3.4 miles) of farm land has been a joint effort with two other island developers. Despite much red tape, and constant delays, we are close to completing phase 1, which is the major run from the Pan American highway to the mid point of our Pacific Ocean beachfront island.
