An Oregon based surf tour company whom has been operating in Nicaragua for many years closed on the purchase of several island acres and the lodge building last month. This operator runs daily surf tours on the waves off our beach presently from Puerto Sandino. The company will be changing operations to include the island lodge. This property is between Tamarindo Beach and Suenos Beach and easily accessed from either. The long beautful beach and excellent surf conditions continue to impress all that come and enjoy the beauty.
