John A. Bramwell is a businessman who appreciates strategizing new companies to take advantage of market opportunities around the world. He has strong construction and real estate experience. Mr. Bramwell has been part of several teams to acquire, refurbish and manage multi-million dollar properties in Canada and the United States. After 20 years of successful business operations and work on hundreds of properties, Mr. Bramwell organized an investment group and purchased 1.3 kilometers of prime beach real estate in Nicaragua. This is Tamarindo Beach and Ocean Estates.
Mr. Bramwell is a graduate from The University of Western Ontario, in London Ontario, Canada. He received an Arts degree in geography in 1991. Since then, he has taken many courses including the Mortgage Brokers Salesman course for British Columbia, and several Building Trades related courses at local technical schools.
He and brother, Geoff, founded Brammy Bros. Painting & Restoration Ltd. and have operated it for the past 20 years. This company has sales over $2,000,000 annually in the Whistler-Vancouver corridor. This company restores large commercial complexes and renovates quality homes in the Vancouver area. Mr. Bramwell has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1994. The Bramwell's have founded a number of other companies including Serial Storage: a web based serial number registration service, EduVenture Learning Corp.: a cd/web based English language software package directed at Latin speaking peoples, and several innovative initiatives in the coatings trade.
In 2005, Mr. Bramwell choose to explore other international opportunities and purchased a minority share in 1.5 kilometers of Pacific beach front property northwest of the capital city of Managua. This is how Mr. Bramwell came to know and love Nicaragua. In 2006, Mr. Bramwell and brother, Geoff, organized an investment group and acquired another 1.3 kilometers of prime beach real estate in Nicaragua and founded Tamarindo Beach and Ocean Estates. In July of 2006, John & his family moved Nicaragua and made Managua their home. The family of four is very happy in their new environment.
Mr. Bramwell brings years of structuring companies, construction management and company operation. It is his experience and the strong managment team that makes our Nicaraguan operations so strong. After 20 years of successful business operations and work on hundreds of properties, Mr. Bramwell assisted in founding Isla Mariana, a Nicaragua Beach Resort of 90 beach lots and 90 townhomes. He is now founding a similar & larger development on prime beach real estate in Nicaragua, called Tamarindo Beach and Ocean Estates.
Mr. Bramwell is a graduate from the Ivey School of Business, having received an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree. Modelled on Harvard, the Ivey School of Business is widely regarded as the best business school in Canada. Since then, he has taken many courses including the Real Estate Salesman course for Alberta and British Columbia, the Canadian Securities Course, and several Building Trades related courses at local technical schools.

Mr. Tim Bramwell is our marketing and website guru. For over 20 years, he has gained significant experience in increasingly senior sales & marketing roles with software and telecommunications companies such as AT&T, Ericsson and Microsoft Corp. This Bramwell brother has spent his career working in North America and Europe. Tim is well educated in client relations software, telecommunications systems and marketing systems.
He is an avid sportsperson with active involvement in coastal and offshore sailing, skiing and flying, as well as coaching soccer and mentoring lifeskills with youth.

Mr. Kris Clark is a veteran 10 year employee of the company and appreciates the vision and effort required to complete on any construction vision. Mr. Clark oversees estimating, scheduling, and contract completion of approximately two million in annual revenues.
This Vancouver native looks forward to expanding operations to Nicaragua and the challenges of construction in Central America. A strong Spanish speaker, Kris has traveled extensively through Spanish America and believes that Tamarindo Beach & Ocean Estates is a unique blank page where dreams can be built. Monica Marquez is a native of Venezuela and boasts 16 years of client relations database management experience at companies such as United Airlines, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and large online prescription drug suppliers. Mrs. Marquez has ten years work experience in South America, four years work experience in America and three years work experience in Canada. Mrs. Marquez is well educated in client relations software and customer service. A recent Canadian resident, Monica is excited to be involved in such a high level resort development helping her Central American relations. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Mrs. Marquez is a good communicator and welcomes contact in either language. Ms.Joya Sauder

Ms. Joya Sauder comes to the company with a background in broadcast communications. She holds over 6 years experience in the industry, including work done with CTV News in Toronto, and with the Blackberry creators, Research In Motion.
Joya is native to Waterloo, Ontario but has spent the better part of the last four years working and living in Nicaragua, which she now also considers her home. Joya's first experience in Nicaragua was in 2003, when she went to produce a promotional video for an eco-tourism project and instantly fell in love with the country. She has since worked there, at the university level, teaching English Communications as well has worked with a number of social development projects within the country. Joya has a love for Nicaragua and it's people, making her thrilled to be part of the ground floor team of such an amazing project, that will help to build up a more stable economic future for the country. |
