First American insurance is a large US based title insurance company and is the most popular insurer  in Nicaragua. While it is expected to take several months to collect the items requested in the requirements, Nica Projects is very excited at this success. This is the result of 3 years of difficult research and hard work by the staff of Nica Projects. This beautiful beach expanse has over 5 developments striving for insurance recognition over the last 3 years.
