Off the coast of Tamarindo Beach is a major breeding ground for humpback whales. These fantastic mammals play in the surf with one another with youthful energy.

The young are born in our area and they enjoy the plentiful food in the crystal clean water.

One can also see large groups of dolphins jumping waves at many different spots.
