More Title Security Received For Tamarindo Beach

The federal government of Nicaragua has generated further assurances for Tamarindo Beach Title Owners through a newly formed document review process called "The letter of No Objection".  This is a document that is issued by the attorney general's office after an extensive review process which in some cases takes a year. The process is to thoroughly review the title origins via presentations and interviews. This new regulatory hurdle was unexpectantly introduced 1.5 years ago in order to wean out false titles, and became a neccessary document before proceeding to any new title registrations.  The Tamarindo Beach files are now complete and registration can move forward.

The penninsula area that Tamarindo is situated upon is steadily producing gains in the area of title clarification in several ways. The Suenos area to the south is fully title insured as of last month, which is the first parcel in the area. Several areas to the north are reported to have their letters of no objection. In some cases, we have confirmed this to be true. This means most of the 7 miles of beachfront on our penninsula is being subdivided and registered, which is the neccessary step prior to development. The development process continues forward.
